We're In Sweden!!!

Roxi and I arrived in Gothenburg, Sweden this afternoon after traveling for about seventeen hours. We came here so that Roxi could present some of her dissertation research at a conference on Thursday. I came because when else am I going to get an excuse to travel to Sweden?!?

We'll be staying here for six nights and in that time we hope to experience some of what Sweden has to offer. I plan to blog when I have the chance and post some pictures. I think I'm most looking forward to experiencing the nearly perpetual daylight of the summer. Now it's off to find something distinctly Scandinavian to eat...maybe some Swedish meatballs or perhaps a smorgesbord!
