Things are progressing on schedule as far as I can tell. This evening, it appears that fermentation has stopped as the foam has almost completely subsided and the air escaping from the airlock is almost imperceptible.
The other noticeable change is again in the color. More sediment has settled onto the bottom of the ferementer and the color of the brew has gotten lighter. According to the instructions, the brew will continue to settle for the next three to four days and then it will be ready to be bottled and aged!
